As we all know, there is no such thing as a free lunch. This site, like everything else, has expenses which must be paid.
After considering several options, we determined that the least intrusive method is to associate with Amazon.com. Yes, it is an advertisement that clutters up our pages, but it is for a reputable company and we position it at the bottom of the page. No pop-ups, hideous blinking or garish colors to get in the way. We don't offer any "get rich overnight" or "weight loss" or other incredible schemes. It's just a single source of products that many of us use anyway.
Whenever you shop at Amazon.com, we ask that you first come to this site and click on the banner at the bottom of any page. You will be taken to the Amazon site where everything works as it always does. You have access to your Wish Lists, Order History and everything.
Aviation Chicago receives a small referral fee for everything you place in your shopping cart after entering through our site. The one limitation is that if you leave items in your shopping cart until the next time, we don't receive credit. Instead, keep the items in a wish list and add them to the cart in the future, after entering through our site again.
